The top of the former Legends nightclub Image with Piccadilly Place behind. It is due to disappear under plans by the Olympian Group and Motel One for a 330-bedroom hotel which will see Legends and the Hotel International demolished whilst Monroes Hotel on the corner will be retained. http://www.placenorthwest.co.uk/news/archive/11038-hodder-unveils-motel-one-plans-for-piccadilly.html
