Both Jessops and HMV chains went into administration in January 2013. All the camera shops closed within days. While the number of branches of HMV is being reduced some are to remain open. It would appear that this may be one of the latter. As you may have gathered from the reversed lettering of HMV that shop is on the lower level of the mall below me. The sign is reflected in the glass of the escalator.
