Three grade II listed buildings on the south side of High Street Nearest is Melrose Cottage (no 31; 18th century, see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1281149), then come nos 33-37 (16th century, see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1029980), and beyond are nos 43-47 (late 18th century, see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1204573) - with these last two buildings previously known collectively as 1-3 and 4-6 Tower Cottages.
