Norley Temperance Hall, built 1874, at one time a County Library and now the village hall. Inscription reads: IF HE WHO WAS FREE FROM ALL SIN FROM YON BRIGHT CLIMES OF BLISS WITHDREW TO WELCOME EVEN DRUNKARDS IN SHALL WE NOT LOVE THE DRUNKARD TOO ARE NOT THE SOULS OF DRUNKARDS THINE THINE FOR A PRICE PAID DOWN; LORD FIT THEM EVERMORE TO SHINE BRIGHT JEWEL IN THY CROWN
