This former retail milk distribution depot, known locally as "The Old Dairy", is situated off Meadow Lane just before pedestrians and traffic reach the level crossing near Barton Road. It was previously owned by Express Dairies but now looks to be redundant as far as milk floats are concerned. During weekdays it may be being used as a car park for individuals who work in the various factories and light industrial units in the vicinity?
