Mid-18th century Grade II Listed semi-detached house. http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-129014-tankards-lechlade-gloucestershire The front is brick on rubble stone with a random-coursed deep rubble plinth and chamfered alternating quoins. There are three sash windows upstairs and two downstairs, each with splayed brick voussoirs above them and stone sills below. Above the door are splayed brick voussoirs below a flat wooden hood on scrolled brackets with moulded edges. The roof has stone slate tiles.
