Opened in 1879 by the London & North Western Railway on the line from Stockport to Buxton. View north west towards Hazel Grove and Stockport. The bridge used to carry the Rose Hill Marple-Macclesfield line, and is now a footpath. The High Level station was in the trees to the left.
