There was a time when drive-throughs were an exotic feature seen only in American films. Now, despite the American spelling drive-thru seen here, such facilities are commonplace in Britain. Here you can buy a Big Mac without the hassle of leaving your car, at any time of the day or night. The drive-thru is part of a McDonald's located between Malpas Road, Edwin Street and Lyne Road.
