This park is on the slopes on the high ground on the edge of Stamford Hill, dropping down to the towpath of the River Lee Navigation on the River Lea. The path leads down to the river and Springfield Marina. The path is also used by the Capital Ring (long distance path) heading towards the Walthamstow Marshes.
