On the corner of Albion Street and East Street with the bus station visible behind to the left. Built in 1874 as an Art School, the building has also been a museum and was the site of the town's library between 1956 and 2005 before it moved to a new purpose-built site in Friars Walk. It is currently consistuency offices for the local MP.
