As seen from Christ Church Road, although the main entrance is at 2, Ingles Road. McCarthy and Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd http://www.mccarthyandstone.co.uk/retirement-properties-for-sale/folkestone-kent/ whose name appears on the green fence surrounding the building. Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y12/1014/SH for the “erection of 25 later living apartments, communal facilities and car parking following the demolition of existing buildings”. The existing buildings are a former residential care home.
