View SE, towards the heart of the Forest of Dean: goods shed of the former GWR station at the end of the branch line from Monmouth, close to where it joined the GWR & Midland (Severn and Wye Railway) branch from Parkend. In 1988 (the year after this photograph was taken) it opened as the Coleford Great Western Railway Museum.
