Located outside Withdean Stadium are these two pay chargers for electric cars. Snow obscures the parking bay which allows charging for cars for up to four hours only. There are one of four pairs dotted around the city, the others are next to the Town Hall, on Madeira Drive and by The Level. Contrary to popular though I have actually seen these being used.
