Flint-faced Gothick cottages just south of the churchyard. The slate plaque to the right of the front door reads as follows: 'This plaque commemorates the Tercentenary of the Charity founded by Justinian & Anthonina Pagitt on third October 1678'. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3312476 The position (close to the churchyard) and style are both typical of almshouses - and I assume they still serve that function.
