Pub/restaurant on Warwick Road at Solihull. The following information was supplied by James Yardley http://www.geograph.org.uk/profile/12972 : This pub was formerly the "Golden Lion" and later the "Town House" - strange that it should evolve into a cow! The original Golden Lion, a three-storey red brick house, was replaced by a new building on an angle at the corner of Union Road in 1935. In this view from a postcard of 1906 https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/jy100/8671696/118057/118057_900.jpg the old Golden Lion with its inn sign is seen on the left and the Congregational Church built in 1883 and demolished in 1965 is on the right.
