The white building in the centre of this row is Metcalfe's hardware shop on the High Street in Tring. The "Cook's Shop" to its left is also owned and run by the Metcalfe family. This shop used to be the antique shop of Tring resident and TV personality John Bly. The white building with the green canopies a little further down the High Street, is "Harmony" a shop selling health foods, spices and interesting ingredients as well as tasteful wrapping paper, cards etc.
