After a gap of several years in the recession, construction actually started in late 2012 on this plot (previously the site of the Greenwich District Hospital until 2006). Image By January, the first building could be seen rising above the hoardings. NB for subsequent photos of the development, look for the new name (from March 2013) "Greenwich Square". e.g. Image
