No 6, West Side Common. A large extended Grade II listed house, has been divided into flats. It has a rectangular blue metal plaque on the gate post. Which reads "Built early in 16th Century as the 'Mansion House' of the large Warren estate. It was the home of Lord Lyndhurst, Lord Chancellor 1827-30, and of Spencer Gore, the first Wimbledon Tennis champion in 1877."
