The Penbont Road building is at the junction of Bell Street and Regent Street. Maps show it as Government Offices but there were no signs on the building to indicate its use. There appears to be frost on the roof slates, but that is not so. The view was taken in mid-afternoon on a seasonably warm day in mid-August 2011.
