Presumably once popular due to its prime location next to the junction of the A45 and A46 on the southern edge of Coventry, this hotel has now been acquired by the Highways Agency so it can be demolished to allow the junction to be improved - see http://www.highways.gov.uk/roads/road-projects/a45a46-tollbar-end-improvement/
