These first floor bedsits (PE1) were designed by the Yorkshire Development Group http://ukhousing.wikia.com/wiki/YDG. Most of these bedsits are now boarded up because of vandalism. Also quite a lot of PE3s; the two-storey OAP flats also boarded up throughout the city.
