Despite the name, this grade-II-listed red-brick building beside the Shropshire Union Canal, dating from 1834, was formerly Milns seed warehouse. (A steam-powered mill was formerly adjacent.) The canal-side area has been extensively rejuvenated in recent years (see Image); the adjacent factory/warehouse building is currently being renovated (scaffolding on left). The Steam Mill is currently used as offices, business centre and bar/restaurant
