Croydon Tramlink: Tramtrack Croydon Ltd (TCL) was awarded the 99-year Tramlink Concession Agreement in 1996 under the Government's Private Finance Initiative. TCL is responsible for day-to-day running of London's only tramway between Croydon, Wimbledon, New Addington and Beckenham.
