A view of a corner of the Leicester Racecourse site on the side of the A6 with an incredibly wide hedge filling a shallow ditch between the pavement and the boundary edge. Narrow paths exist within the hedge thereby allowing maintenance staff to get into it to trim it from its centre although why such a deep hedge is maintained here is something of a puzzle? Oadby is 2-3 minutes away in the distance. This picture was taken from a driveway behind the photographer leading to/from a stable block.
