Oak-lined Chessetts Wood Road runs for over 2km from Kingswood in the south to Darley Green in the north Image It is characterised by very large houses separated by small farm fields or paddocks. The proximity to Lapworth station at Kingswood puts it in the Birmingham and Solihull commuter belts. It isn't clearcut countryside and it isn't full-on suburbia: more like the late Gordon Cullen's 'Arcadia' perhaps. Horsebox and white van country.
