Ugly buildings erected in the late 1980s at a time of recession. They would not sell and the developer was prepared at one stage to accept almost anything for them. I wasn't tempted! They block out the low winter afternoon sun from the beach and also take in the site of what should be the promenade forcing the general population to drop to beach level. Is there anything to be said in their favour?
