Linking Kingsway (A259) and King's Esplanade. This part of Brighton & Hove is the only section that has housing between the main coastal road and the beach. Victoria Cottages date from the late 1830s. The salmon pink building to the left is the rear of Maroccos purveyors of the best homemade Italian ice cream in the city.
