Named for the countess of Mercia, Godiva, mother of Hereward the Wake, and an 11th century inhabitant of Bourne. Built in the 1960s by Parker Bros, they lack the tile-hung frontage of the larger homes on the estate, but have the typical steel-pole-porch.
