Not a million miles away from this view Image], but taken at about 2pm on a much gloomier day. On the left are three or four large oaks. The houses on the right are on Covington Way. The house and its park were bought by Croydon Corporation in 1926. The park covers some 32 acres and is on English Heritage's Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest.
