Now in residential use, this building on the corner of Newland Street and Bowens Hill was formerly a schoolhouse. The year 1887 is engraved on a stone tablet on the wall on the left. In the background are the twin towers of Coleford Baptist Church. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3257991
