The British rock band Keane, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keane_(band) played this concert in the Nottingham Arena as part of The Strangeland Tour of the UK in November and December. It was the first concert they had ever played "in the round", ie the stage was in the centre of the arena rather than its usual position at one end. A few years ago this would not have been a practical proposition but wireless technology on guitars and microphones plus the drum kit on a raised revolving platform gave everyone a closer view of the concert. Lucky to have seats 4 rows from main stage and right next to stage wing, rather a better view than http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3243451 and http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3243348
