The office building, 10 Eastbourne Terrace, was built in the 1960s. At that time its appearance was very different from that seen in this May 2012 view. The building was renovated in 2007-2008. One of the new features is the fully-glazed external cladding. It has a matrix of silk-screened ceramic fitting to protect against solar gain and reduce overlooking. The high-performance glass lets daylight flood the office floors and maximises views. Located opposite Paddington railway station.
