Looking across the end of Peter Street where it joins Victoria Street. Victoria Street did not exist until 1868 when this part of the street "was driven though a densely built-up area of insanitary property" http://www.lookingatbuildings.org.uk/cities/liverpool/victoria-street.html This building was originally the 'Midland Railway Receiving Warehouse', but today it is the National Conservation Centre, part of the Liverpool Museums group http://www.liverpoolmuseums.org.uk/conservation/ There is a bench mark on the near corner of the building, behind the metal post Image
