Seen from the north west http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-426890-church-of-st-luke-upper-broughton-nottin. The churchyard is full of attractive Swithland slate headstones http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swithland_Wood#Slate_Quarrying which are typical of much of Leicestershire and neighbouring areas.
