View downstream from the Hurst Park bank of the Thames, with Garrick's Eyot just across the water. There is no bridge connecting the eyot to the mainland - the boats in the foreground are ones used by island residents to get to and fro. Within a few minutes of my taking the photo, both boats were tied up on the other side.
