The 4x4 truck on the left is taking a cyclist across the Dartford Queen Elizabeth Bridge. This is part of a required service to provide cyclists a route between Essex and Kent (and vice versa). The truck on the right is prepared to pick-up broken down or crashed vehicles on the bridge.
