The last home of Sean O'Casey. The plaque, erected just a few days before http://www.thisiscornwall.co.uk/Final-home-Irish-dramatist-given-blue-plaque/story-17197602-detail/story.html , explains that the Irish playwright moved here from Totnes in 1954, dying here 10 years later.
