This building in Moor Street was built in 1885 by a William Pitt who briefly ran a nail factory from the premises. A few years later Allard and Pilkington were producing cycles here and for many years a variety of other firms associated with cycle manufacturing operated from here. (Source: 'Earlsdon Heritage Trail' by Mary Montes, 2000.) The building has recently been refurbished and is currently empty.
