Located on the green in the middle of Blaise Hamlet, the sundial and pump date from 1815. The structure was erected by John Harford as the centrepiece to Blaise Hamlet. The plinth has a stone lion's head above a water pipe over a basin. There is a sundial on the face in view and heraldic panels on the other faces. The structure is topped with a bronze flag. Grade I listed in January 1959.
