Stratford-on-Avon Canal: Bridge Number 7: Solihull Lodge High Street Bridge

This is an obvious modern replacement of an old original bridge. The 1884 Edition of the Ordnance Survey map shows that the site to the right of the bridge was occupied by the Crown Works (Aluminum) (note not aluminium). By 1904 it is described as the Hollywood Works (disused), and by 1917 the site is vacant of any buildings.
