With Union Street behind the photographer this is a view along the length of Norfolk Street with the Town Hall at the halfway point. The stone carved lettering above one of the windows in the red stone building on the left names it as the "New Central Hall". Although there still may be a hall on the first floor, a restaurant currently occupies the ground floor.
