This is a modern replacement for the original canal bridge. Those who enjoy the niceties of the English language will be saddened to know that when the Ordnance Survey published the 1937 Edition of their large scale mapping this was quite definitely "Dickens' Heath Road" leading to "Dickens' Heath Farm" and "Dickens' Heath". Alas the apostrophe appears to have since been lost.
