The Terminal Warehouse with three loading bays (or tunnels) beneath it allowing for boats arriving here during the 19th century to be moored under cover and cargo to be unloaded in an easier and more protected fashion. The Grain Warehouse on the right, also built in 1890s, has the obvious beenfit of an elongated solid canopy allowing for the easier, protected unloading of grain. Both were restored in 1999 as part of the "Victoria Quays" restoration project.
