Trains from Leagrave are scheduled to take 40 minutes to reach Kings Cross Thameslink station, and are currently opearated by First Capital Connect. The 1888 Ordnance Survey map shows the station in glorious isolation serving a few farms (Townend, Smith's and Stranger's) and cottages along what is now Leagrave High Street.
