Passmore Edwards Free Library

This is a Grade II listed building with English Heritage Building ID: 460228. Built as a free library, council chamber, science and art school in 1896 by WH Tresidder. Patrons were J Passmore Edwards and Octavius Allen Ferris, it is now a library and an art gallery.
