The photo's title is taken from the board outside the church but the English Heritage Building ID: 64632 and accompanying text refer to: Church of St Rumon, Grade-Ruan. Either way the building originally dates from the 13th/14th C and is Grade II* listed. It was restored in 1854 and the chancel extended in 1879.
