This is Belgrave Road, looking north from the junction with Falkland Road. This area of Torquay is almost entirely filled with hotels and guest houses each having fifteen to twenty bedrooms, with occasional larger establishments dotted among them. How the owners manage to get enough people through the doors to make a living astonishes me.
