Vacant buildings, almost opposite Mayflower Street beside the “Blades” Club, with a “sold” sign. Described by the agents as “The site benefits from full planning permission for the erection of 20 No. apartments with associated car parking and landscaping, which was approved on 2 July 2008 (planning ref: Z/2006/2678/F)”. 100 years ago they were houses and, in later years, Dobson’s Dairies”.
