Fresh paint for the new season on Amanda's Dairy, right (cream), unknown premises, centre (pink) and round the corner Ye Olde Jolly Sailor (a very old pub) outbuildings, left (green). This yard is the entrance to the pub from Northumberland Place. There is also an entrance from the back beach. In past centuries this area was called Rat Island.
