Breaking waves with portholes? Next to the cafe pavilion these sculptures are part of the recent redevelopment of Cleveleys Promenade. "So rather than any specific ideas relating to Cleveleys, Ferguson McIlveen’s design concept was based on waves, open vistas and curves, all natural features one associates with the seaside."
